Mobile Maintenance Engineer £35/40k

The Company

My Client are a fast growing and innovative Facilities Management provider, delivering a full spectrum of Hard FM Services including Planned and Reactive Gas, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance Services.

They deliver services throughout the South of England specialising in the Retail, Commercial and Hospitality and Leisure Sectors.

They now require a van mobile fabric engineer/maintenance engineer to work across their portfolio of clients throughout London and the home counties.

Duties :

• Basic maintenance and minor repairs (mechanical, electrical, and fabric)
• Carry out visual inspections and ensure compliance with site safety standards
• Respond to ‘in-hours’ callouts as required
• Accurately complete maintenance records and job reports
• Previous experience working within the retail/commercial environment
• Full Driving License
• Willingness to travel within London & South East

Package :

Salary £35/40k depending on experience and based upon a 40 hr week
