Build Recruitment is proud to be representing their client, a leading Social Housing company in their search for an experienced Multi Trader to work on a contract in Coventry 

For the successful Multi Trader our client is offering: 

£22 per hour (CIS/Umbrella PAYE)
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm 
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Temporary - Permanent The Role: Multi Trader

Working throughout Coventry 
Repairs and maintenance 
Conduct regular quality checks
Following health and safety regulations 
Restocking materialsWhat our client is looking for in a Multi Trader 

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
CSCS Card ESSENTIAL
Own van and tools ESSENTIAL
Multi trade experience  ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
