🔧 Multi Trader - Planned Works

We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi Trader to work on planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.

Role Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned works including kitchens, bathrooms, refurbishments, and general upgrades.

Completing tasks across multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, and basic plastering

Working from job specifications and schedules to meet project deadlines

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness

Liaising with supervisors and other trades on site

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi Trader within planned works

Strong multi-skilled background with a main trade preferred

Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Own tools preferred

CSCS card beneficial (depending on site)
