Contract Type: Temp to perm 
Area: Covering South West London
Hours: 42.5 Hrs per week (Mon to Fri) 
Hourly Rate: £21.40 PH CIS

Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced multi trader to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. 

Duties 

Carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating  

Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard  

Making good after works completed  

Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes  

Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties  

Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations  

Requirements 

Experience working as a multi trader within domestic/social housing/council property repairs  

Good all-round skills across multiple trades  

Excellent customer service skills  

Full UK driver’s license  

Ability to carry out repairs and maintenance works to a high standard
