About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established contractor delivering responsive maintenance works across social housing properties throughout Manchester.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, company van, fuel card, and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties.

* Complete a variety of trade works to a high standard, including:

* Carpentry

* Plumbing

* Basic Plastering

* Tiling

* Painting & Decorating

* Patch repairs

* Diagnose faults and complete repairs on the first visit where possible.

* Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied homes.

* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.

* Accurately complete job sheets using a handheld device.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing, repairs or property maintenance.

* Strong skills across multiple trades with a core trade qualification desirable.

* Experience working in occupied properties.

* Full UK Driving Licence.

* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
