MULTI TRADER — 2 Week Contract (Potential to Go Permanent)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Multi Trader for an initial 2-week contract, on roles around Petersfield & Waterlooville with the strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate based on performance.

Duties will include:

Door undercuts — removing internal doors, cutting the bottom down to achieve 10mm clearance, and rehanging
Installing 1.2m x 1.2m loft platforms for solar inverters
Installing retrofit trickle vents into existing windows (no drilling through frames required)
Blocking up existing trickle vents in kitchens and bathrooms
General assistance with other tasks to support the wider team
Evidencing all completed work in line with PAS requirementsRequirements:

A clear DBS check (to be provided before start date)
Own vehicle and tools — minimum requirement: skill saw, hand plane, and drill (ladders provided)
Own PPE (hi-vis will be provided)
Willingness and ability to travel between multiple properties each day
Smart appearance — trousers must be worn on site, no shortsWorking environment:
This role involves working in social housing properties, so a professional and courteous manner with residents is essential.

Mileage:
Claimable under HMRC guidelines for travel between sites during working hours
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
