A leading provider of building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements to some of the UK's largest properties, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Multi-Trader to join their team in Uxbridge. Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from our client.
• Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and within deadlines.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the maintenance team and external contractors as needed.

Requirements:

• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Proven experience carrying out all aspects of housing maintenance to a high standard.
