Multi Trader / General Builder Required – Hertfordshire

Location: Hitchin, Stevenage, Letchworth and surrounding areas
Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time, ongoing work with long-term opportunities

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader / General Builder to work on a variety of domestic building projects across Hertfordshire, predominantly in Hitchin, Stevenage and Letchworth.

Our client is looking for a reliable, skilled and versatile tradesperson with a solid background in general building, who is confident undertaking a wide range of tasks.

Duties will include:

Domestic renovations, extensions and refurbishments

*

General building and property improvement works

*

Groundworks and groundwork preparation

*

Light demolition and strip-out works

*

Carpentry and general joinery

*

Other associated building and maintenance tasks as required

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in general building and multi-trade work

*

Ability to turn your hand to a variety of trades

*

Own tools and reliable transport are essential

*

Able to work independently and as part of a team

*

Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship

*

Reliable, hardworking and able to manage day-to-day tasks effectively
