Reed Business Support are working with a thriving, international business based in Ashford, who are looking for a Multilingual Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and dynamic team.

The role:
As a Multilingual Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for international customers, providing outstanding service and support across a range of enquiries. You’ll manage orders, resolve issues, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Handling incoming queries via phone, email, and live chat in multiple languages
• Processing orders and updating customers on deliveries and returns
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
• Building strong relationships with customers and external partners
What we’re looking for:
• Fluency in English and at least one other language (e.g. French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch – others welcome!)
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail
• A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn
