Description

ANS is seeking to recruit graduates to eventually fulfil a number of IT related roles in the

company including the following:

• Software testing

• Software development

• Project management

• Business process consulting

• Software product consulting

We appreciate that graduates will not have work experience in any of the above but may

have covered some of the subject matter in their studies.

Some of the roles are customer facing and some are not so during the interview screening

process we will be considering technical aptitude along with soft skills to determine

potential suitability for each of the roles.

In all of the roles, critical thinking and written skills are a must. We will ask candidates for

evidence of these from their course or other outside activities. For the project management

and consulting roles, we will want to check the candidate’s willingness and suitability to

travel as our customers are located all around the world.

For all candidates, the entry point to ANS is a 90 Day Path to Value plan alongside

experience gained working in the software testing department. Once this has been

successfully completed the company will agree with the candidate the most suitable role for

them and they will then follow a Roadmap to Success plan aligned to their specific role.

BMC Software solutions and customer presentation skills. Delivery consultants will have a

more technical understanding of BMC Software solutions, and deployment experience,

ideally with knowledge of BMC implementation methodologies.
