Teaching Assistants Required - Garstang Area

Immediate Start | Full-Time Positions | Long-Term Opportunities

A welcoming primary school in the Garstang area is looking to recruit three full-time Teaching Assistants to join their team immediately. Due to the rural location of the school, a driver with access to a vehicle is essential.

Year 3 Teaching Assistant

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Supporting teaching and learning within a Year 3 class
Assisting with small group interventions and classroom activities
Working closely with the class teacher to support pupil progress

EYFS Teaching Assistant

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage
Assisting with phonics, early language development and creative learning activities
Helping to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment

SEN Teaching Assistant

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Supporting pupils with additional needs
Providing one-to-one and small group support as required
Working alongside teachers and SEND staff to promote positive outcomes for pupils

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have previous experience working within a school or classroom setting
Be enthusiastic, patient and adaptable
Have excellent communication skills
Be committed to supporting children's learning and development
Hold a driving licence and have access to transport due to the school's locationThese are fantastic opportunities to join a supportive school and secure a long-term position within education.
