We're looking for an experienced Multi-Site Registered Manager to oversee multiple services across Kidderminster, Dudley and Worcester, playing a key role in turnaround projects, interim service management, and new service mobilisation.

This is a high-impact role where your leadership will drive positive outcomes, ensure CQC compliance, and inspire teams to deliver person-centred care every day.

• Leading short-term or crisis management assignments

• Supporting new service setups and service improvements

• Acting as the Registered Manager where required

• Mentoring local teams and driving quality improvement

• Managing service budgets, staffing, and operations

• Maintaining strong relationships with families and external stakeholders

• Ensuring medication, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance

• Supporting referrals, business development, and occupancy

• Registered Manager experience within learning disability or similar adult social care settings

• Excellent working knowledge of CQC and person-centred care

• A strategic thinker with hands-on leadership ability

• Skilled in managing multiple sites and mentoring staff teams

• Able to travel nationally with flexibility for overnight stays

• Strong communication, problem-solving and crisis management skills
