Salary: £46,000 – £48,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am–4:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm
On-call: 1 in 2 rota (infrequent call-outs)

HVAC Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Electrician to join a highly prestigious commercial site in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to join an established engineering team within a professional environment. The role involves carrying out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and all associated systems.

The Role:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.

* Complete electrical maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and installations.

* Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with relevant compliance standards.

* Support the maintenance of building services systems, including HVAC equipment.

* Carry out tasks relating to AHUs and L8 compliance.

* Work as part of a small engineering team alongside an experienced Lead Engineer.

* Maintain accurate records and provide a high standard of service.

The Candidate:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Electrical Engineer with:

* Strong electrical maintenance experience within a commercial environment.

* Relevant electrical qualifications.

* Experience with planned preventative maintenance and reactive fault finding.

* Knowledge of HVAC systems, including AHUs.

* Experience with L8 water hygiene compliance.

* A professional approach and the ability to work effectively within a team structure.
