This role forms part of a professional facilities management team responsible for delivering high-quality building maintenance and engineering services. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant and operating efficiently at all times.
