Multiskilled Engineer - Blackburn

Our client is a leading print company based in the heart of Blackburn. Established over 45 years ago, they really are top of the class when it comes to manufacturing educational resources and learning tools for schools. Due to retirement, they are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join their team.

The Role:
As a Multiskilled Engineer you will play a crucial part in the sites engineering responsibilities, attending to breakdowns as well as planned preventative maintenance. You will be expected to record your activities on the companies IT systems, working closely with the Production Manager in maintaining high standards of Health & Safety along with ensuring production output is at its optimum level. You will also be involved in basic building maintenance where necessary to ensure the upkeep of the site.

What are we looking for:
Experienced Multiskilled Engineer, with a mechanical bias, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Fault Finding skills.

Benefits:
Basic Salary up to £45k
Weekday working only, Monday-Friday, with a 4 day week for 6 months of the year!
