This is a role for a multi-skilled, foot mobile engineer, who has a background in mechanical work.
You will be:
Reeve's first line of service: running a first assessment of the situation: carry out repairs or recommending a specialist contractor on site, pressure and temperature readings, isolating whether a fault is mechanical, controls or electrical, replacing tap cartridges, valves, actuators, TRVs, small pipework alterations, fan and motor swaps.
Performing site inspections, identifying and reporting the need for major repairs.
When required, you’ll be present when contractors attend sites and ensure completion of the works are up to Kitt’s standards.
Performing maintenance and repairs including providing support to the wider operations team (whiteboards, fixing TVs on walls etc)
Performing light carpentry (e.g. building cabinets)

We are rapidly expanding across London and are onboarding 20+ buildings over the next 12 months.
Requirements
About You
Proven experience within maintenance or construction.
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
Basic understanding of electrical systems
Basic maths skills.
As an expert problem solver, you can think outside the box to come up with solutions.
Good communication ability and confidence in front of clients. You will be representing Reeve in a professional manner.
Well-organised with good attention to detail.
Health and safety is a priority and you can spot problems before they happen.
Comfortable working alone and also as part of a team.
Qualifications (required)
NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in plumbing, heating and ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning, or mechanical engineering services.
Qualifications (preferable)
Gas Safe registration
F-Gas Category I
Legionella / L8 water hygiene
18th Edition (C&G 2382) and City & Guilds 2391 testing and inspection
