As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their night engineering team.

The Opportunity
Working across a modern manufacturing facility, you'll take ownership of engineering activities throughout the night shift, ensuring production equipment and site services operate safely, efficiently and reliably.
This is much more than a reactive maintenance role. You'll help improve equipment reliability, support continuous improvement projects and contribute towards the installation and optimisation of new manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across manufacturing equipment.
* Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
* Respond quickly to production breakdowns and restore equipment safely.
* Identify recurring issues and implement long-term engineering solutions.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and OEE.
* Assist with machinery installations, commissioning and engineering projects.
* Work closely with Production and Operations teams to maximise manufacturing performance.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records using the CMMS system.
* Ensure all engineering work complies with Health & Safety, food safety and statutory requirements.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with a background in food, drink or FMCG manufacturing.
You'll have:
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
* Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
* Knowledge of automated production machinery.
* A proactive approach to continuous improvement.
* The confidence to prioritise engineering activities during night shifts.
* An engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent.
* Previous food or beverage manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
