Multi-skilled Engineer Shifts

Multi-skilled Engineer (Shifts) - Towcester - 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off. Salary Mid £40k's

Based at a high tech site in Towcester, you will carry out reactive and planned maintenance across a site that has a mixture of offices, clean rooms and laboratories.

Your tasks include planning and coordinating daily maintenance repairs and scheduled services, as well as overseeing appointed contractors for outsourced maintenance. This multi-skilled role requires a strong emphasis on electrical or mechanical expertise.

Performing hands-on maintenance and operation of utility equipment and control systems.

Maintaining pipe systems and related equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, and waste management.

Undertaking planned, reactive and corrective maintenance effectiveness and reviewing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.

Conducting root cause analysis to optimize plant and machinery efficiency and safety.

Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements.

Using CMMS.

Being available for callouts in accordance with safety procedures.
