Are you a Handyman, Facilities Maintenance Engineer, or similar looking for a long-term, permanent, and stable role for a well-established company offering a days-based, Monday to Friday position?

Established over 15 years ago, this housing solution company pride themselves on their continuous expansion and staff retention levels over the years, boasting over 60 permanent employees currently.

In this role, you will be responsible for general maintenance and upkeep tasks around various properties. Day to day, the tasks will include basic electrical repair, plumbing repairs and light cleaning such as pest control treatments. This is a field-based role, and you will be required to travel to sites around Birmingham as needed.

This role would suit a Handyman looking to join an established company where they will be looked after in a permanent, long-term position.

The Role:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on properties
• Carry out minor electrical work, plumbing repairs, pest control treatments
• Birmingham only patch
• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

The Person:

• Handyman / Facilities Maintenance Engineer
• Full driving license
