Salary: From £35,000 per year + 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Hours: Monday to Friday (Early & Late Shifts: 05:45 - 14:15 / 13:45 - 22:15)

Maintenance Mastermind: Keep machines running smoothly and downtime minimal. Production Perfectionist: Set up new production lines with precision and flair. Fault-Finding Wizard: Troubleshoot and repair all types of machinery like a pro. Improvement Innovator: Spot chances to enhance processes and make things even better. Team Player Extraordinaire: Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless operations.

Your Superpowers:

Must-Haves: Ideally Level 3 Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering (or similar). Experience in process, production, or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of 3-phase motors, drives, and inverters. Skilled at reading engineering drawings and solving technical puzzles.

Bonus Points: Experience with food & confectionery packing machines. Familiarity with 3D design software and 3D printing. PLC programming and fault-finding skills.
