Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical and instrumentation skills to support site operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and operating essential systems, including boilers, CHP units, and water treatment processes, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor steam, power, and water systems (e.g., boilers, CHP, RO units).
• Perform planned and reactive electrical/instrumentation maintenance.
• Diagnose faults, test and calibrate instruments, and commission equipment.
• Manage safe electrical isolations and follow permit-to-work procedures.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• HV operations and CHP experience desirable (training provided).

Requirements

• Electrical/C&I apprenticeship (or equivalent experience).
• HNC or similar qualification preferred.
• Strong fault-finding, installation, and safety knowledge.
• Process industry or heavy plant background advantageous.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
