We’re looking for a Multi-skilled Engineer to join the Maintenance team of a prestigious luxury retail and hospitality brand. This is a hands-on, mobile role supporting the smooth operation and visual excellence of multiple high-end locations across London.

You’ll be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, ensuring the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics are consistently met.

• Maintain and repair building fabric: walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, and fixtures
• Carry out basic HVAC maintenance (AHUs, FCUs) and plumbing tasks (leaks, taps, drains)
• Support minor carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, and general handyman duties
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Liaise with contractors and supervise specialist works
• Keep accurate records of tasks and materials used
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and internal procedures
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

• Proven experience in a similar role within luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end commercial settings
• Strong multi-trade skills with a focus on fabric maintenance and basic building services
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and basic plumbing
• Refrigeration experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Confident working independently and managing time effectively
• Professionalism and discretion in live retail environments

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, general maintenance)
• Health & Safety certifications (e.g., IOSH, CSCS)
• First Aid at Work (preferred but not essential)
