Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Up to £48,000

Shift: 3-shift rotation

A well-established FMCG manufacturer in Lincolnshire is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias. This role is key to ensuring smooth production operations by carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of FMCG plant and equipment.

Whats required:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills (including 3-phase systems)
• Mechanical experience with motors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, welding
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Health & Safety awareness in an FMCG manufacturing environment
