About the Role
We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team. This is a mobile, hands-on role focused on planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will have strong practical skills across painting and decorating, tiling, minor carpentry, minor plumbing, plastering, and be confident carrying out kitchen and bathroom fitting or refurbishment tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Complete painting and decorating tasks including preparation, finishing, and making good
Carry out wall and floor tiling, grouting, and small tiling repairs
Undertake minor plumbing tasks such as replacing taps, unblocking sinks, repairing leaks, and fitting bathroom components
Perform small joinery tasks including repairing doors, skirting, architraves, and general carpentry repairs
Carry out plastering, patch repairs, and filling work
Assist with fitting or refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms (units, worktops, fixtures, sanitaryware)
Repair and replace fixtures, fittings, and internal components as required
Support reactive maintenance tasks and day-to-day repair requests
Conduct basic site condition checks and report issues
Maintain accurate work records using job management systems
Follow all health & safety procedures and company standards
Desired Skills & Experience

Proven experience in painting & decorating, tiling, minor carpentry, and minor plumbing
Experience in kitchen and/or bathroom fitting
Strong practical problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Good communication and time-management skills
Full UK driving licence
