You'll be part of a friendly, experienced engineering team supporting production across high-volume processing and packaging operations. Key responsibilities include: * Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs on a range of processing and packaging lines * Planned and reactive maintenance, with a big focus around PPMs * Working on conveyors, pumps, valves, fillers, hydraulics and pneumatics. * Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site standards About You * Background in manufacturing (food ideal, but not essential) * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Comfortable working days and nights * Easy-going, team-oriented and personable - cultural fit is key What's in It for You * 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts) * Regular overtime available * Annual bonus (typically 3-4%) * 24 days holiday including bank holidays * Pension: 5% employee / 4% employer * Ongoing training & development, Engineers are put first!
