Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Salary: £57,000-£60,000
Shifts: 4 On 4 Off (Days & Nights)

A leading FMCG manufacturer is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join its highly automated production facility in Nuneaton. Key Responsibilities

Planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
Electrical fault finding and repairs.
Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities.
Support equipment reliability, efficiency, and uptime.
Maintain CMMS records and follow preventative maintenance schedules.
Ensure high standards of health & safety and 5S practices.
Support and train operators on equipment operation and fault finding.

Skills & Experience

NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or completed apprenticeship.
Electrical qualification essential.
Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience.
Manufacturing, FMCG, food, beverage, packaging, or automated production background.
Knowledge of CMMS and SCADA systems.
Understanding of preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
