Are you a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new, varied role split between covering a local patch and depot based work within the UK subsidiary of a global leader in Packaging machinery who offer industry leading training and on call (phone only) and a bonus to increase your earnings?

This well-established company are the UK subsidiary company of a multi-billion turnover company who provide a range of packaging and labelling solutions for a varied client base primarily within the F&B and Ecommerce sectors. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in the 1970s and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to further grow their team.

This varied role will see you covering a regional patch (primarily within 2 hours around York), as well as working on site in the depot based in York. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repair on a range of packaging machinery across various sites. The role will also involve occasional overnight stays, international training and will come with a lucrative benefits package.

This varied role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from a multi-skilled background looking for a flexible role where you will work across a regional patch in a company offering training on cutting edge software and ongoing development.

The Role:

• Undertake planned preventative maintenance, breakdown and other servicing work
• Cover sites across a regional patch (around 2 hours York- with occasional overnight stays)
• Also work on site in the depot based in York
• Training on specialist software provided
• Company Van provided- can be used for personal use
• 1 in 10 on call rota (phone only), and company bonus to increase earnings

• Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar
• Looking for a role split between local travel and office based work
• Commutable to York
