Are you a multi-skilled maintenance engineer or similar looking for a supervisory role where you'll have the responsibility to work autonomously whilst training and supervising junior engineers?

Do you want a Monday - Friday, days based role within a well established company with minimal call outs, training on Gas certification, great holiday and company bonuses?

In this role, you'll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of on-site machinery, including rotational moulding machines, ovens, CNC equipment, and finishing tools. You'll also support general facility maintenance and take part in the annual two-week August shutdown to complete essential repairs. As the company continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on new challenges such as installing robotic machinery and upgrading existing equipment.

This is a UK-based specialist in rotational moulding of plastic components, serving industries such as automotive, medical, and industrial equipment. With over 45 years of experience, the company is known for delivering high-quality, custom-moulded solutions from design to final assembly.

This role would suit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a Manufacturing background looking for a supervisory, days-based Monday to Friday role that offers responsibility and autonomy to carry out planned and reactive repairs.

The Role:

• Planned and Reactive Maintenance on varies automated machinery such as Injection Moulding and Machine Tools
• A list of tasks like welding, fault finding, wiring and installing,
• Funded training to gain Gas certification
• Minimal call-outs, roughly x2 a month between 6pm-10pm
• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm (39 hours)

The Person:

• Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar
• Manufacturing background
• Electrical qualification such as 17th/ 18th edition, NVQ, HNC or HND
