Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a Manufacturing background looking for a stable, secure role within a longstanding business that offers a 4-on-4-off shift pattern granting great work/life balance?

This company are a market leading manufacturer in their technical niche. Working from a high-tech manufacturing site, they have a team of 400 employee's and anticipate to continue expanding.

This role involves mostly routine preventative maintenance and some reactive maintenance on pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, gearboxes and automated machinery. The hours are contracted to 40 hours per week, 4 On 4 Off shifts for 06:00-16:00 and 12:00-22:00 on alternate weeks with no overtime.

This role would suit a Multi-skilled Engineer from a Manufacturing background looking for a stable, secure 4-on-4-off shift pattern with no nightshifts.

The Role:

• Preventative and reactive maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Working on hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and automation
• 4 On 4 Off Shifts, alternate 06:00-16:00 and 12:00-22:00

The Person:

• Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
• Manufacturing or similar background
• Any Electrical qualification/certification (such as 18th Edition, NVQ, BTEC, TLevel, HNC etc)
