We are seeking an enthusiastic Property Maintenance Worker, who is hands on with a can-do attitude and has high attention to detail. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on our exciting property developments and leisure projects.

Person specification:

• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety
• Knowledge of CDM advantageous but not essential
• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional manner
• Proactive and flexible approach to work
• Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
• Ability to work autonomously when required, alongside effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
