This is an excellent opportunity to work within a large, well-established workshop with a strong team of Panel, Paint, and MET specialists already in place. This role has been introduced as part of a new night shift operation, offering excellent earning potential and long-term stability within a high-performing environment. The Role As a Multiskilled Technician, you will: Carry out repairs across Panel, Paint, and MET disciplines Complete vehicle repairs to a high standard from start to finish Follow Thatcham repair methods and insurance-approved processes Ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely Work as part of a skilled and supportive workshop team About You To be successful in this role, you will: Be qualified or time-served across MET, Panel Beating, and Paint disciplines Have experience within a bodyshop environment Be confident working independently on full repairs Have knowledge of Thatcham methods (desirable) Hold a full UK/EU driving licence Training & Development Ongoing technical training and upskilling opportunities Exposure to modern repair methods and EV technology Clear progression routes within a growing organisation Investment in advanced workshop equipment and facilities Apply Now If you’re a skilled Multiskilled Technician looking for a well-paid night shift role with strong earning potential and excellent benefits, apply today.
