Multi-Skilled Trade Operative
£32,193 per annum plus allowances.
39 Hours per week
Covering sites across Dorset and South Somerset.
Van and uniform provided, along with all power tools and plant required to carry out role.

The role & what you take care of:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-skilled Trade Operative to join Magna. As part of our response repairs team, you'll enjoy a diverse and rewarding routine with great benefits. You'll play a key role in delivering high-standard work from the initial report to completion, whilst meeting our customer needs and complying with current legislation.
The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of knowledge and skills across various trades, with expertise in bricklaying and general repairs including Roofing, Fencing, Plastering, Groundworks, Paving and Drainage.
This role requires a skilled operative who can work independently, demonstrate a positive attitude, and interact politely and professionally with customers and colleagues.
The successful candidate will participate in our out-of-hours on-call rota once every 10

12 weeks, for which you will receive an additional pay allowance.
What you need to be successful:
Time served trade apprenticeship or C&G/NVQ level 2 or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 years post qualification experience in associated trades.
You will be IT competent, as the role uses an iPad to receive, capture, record and complete all works accurately.
You will hold a driving license and be prepared to travel to our customers homes across the Dorset and South Somerset area.
