Job Description - Multi-Track Litigator

Multi-Track Litigator – Personal Injury (Hybrid)

Bromley or Leeds

Full-time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity to join a leading legal services provider as a Multi-Track Litigator in their Personal Injury team. You'll manage complex, high-value EL, PL, OL, and RTA claims while working in a flexible, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of complex/multi-track claimant PI claims
Investigate liability and quantum; assess evidence and prospects
Draft legal documents and prepare cases for court
Negotiate settlements and liaise with counsel when needed
Ensure compliance with CPR, SRA Code, and internal procedures

What We’re Looking For

Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced PI Claims Handler
Proven experience with EL/PL/OL and RTA multi-track claims
Strong knowledge of CPR and Pre-Action Protocols
Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
Experience using Case Management Systems
