Basic salary circa £37k, plus additional regular overtime and call out rota payments - Van, Fuel card, uniform, IT equipment and test equipment will be provided.

Location- Havant and surrounding areas

Additional benefits include 23 days holiday + Bank holidays, pension scheme, and health care cover.

Reed Recruitment are recruiting for Multi Traders for our client who are an established and reputable local business with experience in providing responsive repairs and maintenance solutions to local authorities and housing associations. 

• The ideal candidate will possess their main expertise in Carpentry/Plumbing, with a strong background in reactive maintenance environments. This role requires a professional who can manage a variety of tasks independently while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

• Undertake all aspects of repair and maintenance work according to your skill set, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Assess work requirements upon arrival at the site.
• Communicate effectively with the Call Centre to receive job details and update service coordinators about the required and completed tasks.
• Follow the company’s safety practices and procedures diligently at all times.
• Work independently, as well as assist other trades when necessary.

• Proven experience in Carpentry/Plumbing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
• A full UK driving licence is essential with no more than 3 points.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
