Working Across various areas (within 45-60 minute drive)
£180–£200 per day

AllPro Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to work on large social housing contracts across various areas. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, long-term work with a reputable contractor.
Key Responsibilities
* General property maintenance
* Kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
* Radiator replacements
* Garden posts
* Repairing leaks
* Replacing taps and mixer showers
* Wall and floor tiling
* Carpentry
* Painting and decorating
* Plastering
* Working at heights and using ladders where required
Requirements
* Proven experience in multi-trade work
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
* Own tools required
* Own van required
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am – 4:00pm
* 40 hours per week
Pay & Benefits
* £180–£200 per day
* Free or subsidised travel
* Free parking
* Ongoing work on long-term social housing contracts
