Multi-trade Operative

Caralex Recruitment Limited are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded housebuilder based in Suffolk. We have been asked to recruit a Multi-trade Operative to carry out maintenance and repairs to residents’ homes.

The role will entail:

- Carrying out repair work on defects at residential properties to include making good works, nail pops, tape joints, door adjustments, inspections, tiling.

- Maintain a smartly presented, polite, diligent, positive and professional attitude with colleagues.

- Working in a timely and productive manner to complete work.

- Building good relationships with customers.

- Liaising with the Customer Service Department regarding completed or ongoing remedial work.

You will have experience in a wide range of skills, including carpentry, tiling, plastering and painting. and also be familiar with using various tools and equipment, allowing to complete tasks safely and efficiently

You will also have a sound understanding of NHBC Technical Standards & Guidelines along with an ability to use your own initiative to problem solve
