Job Description - Multi-Trade Operative

We are looking for a Multi-Trade Operative with a plumbing or carpentry qualification in the East Birmingham area working for a well-established company within the social housing sector. This is a permanent position, working on the repairs team, within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from your first day !

As the Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
Maintenance plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.

The successful Multi-Trade Operative will:

Have a Full UK Driving License
Have the relevant qualifications
Have relevant industry experience

In return, the Multi-Trade Operative receive:
£33,000 basic salary
Company van and fuel card included
Permanent work
Immediate start
Various other company benefits
