Multi-Trader – London

Location: Stratford, East London (E15)

Salary: £160–£180 per day (CIS) + Company Van & Fuel Card

A leading property maintenance contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Trader to carry out planned and reactive maintenance works across residential properties throughout London.

This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work, a company van, fuel card and weekly pay.

Duties

* Carry out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties.

* Complete carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating works.

* Diagnose faults and deliver first-time fixes wherever possible.

* Ensure work is completed to a high standard.

* Provide excellent customer service.

* Follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Multi-Trader.

* Experience within social housing or property maintenance.

* Strong all-round trade skills.

* Full UK Driving Licence.

* CSCS Card desirable.
