We are looking for a reliable, customer‑focused operative to join our social housing maintenance team. Your specialist trade will form the foundation of your work, supported by a range of additional skills.

The Role
You will carry out responsive repairs, planned maintenance and small works across a portfolio of social housing properties. Tasks may include repairing leaks, fitting doors, patch plastering, tiling, painting and general property upkeep. Every day brings variety, and your work directly improves the comfort and safety of residents
