Position: Multi-Skilled Plasterer
Location: Leeds
Team: Day-to-Day Reactive Repairs
About our client: They are a local housing association property services provider dedicated to maintaining and improving our properties. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced plasterer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plastering tasks to a high standard.
• Address and treat damp and mould issues effectively.
• Carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plastering, particularly in damp and mould treatment.
• Multi-skilled in various maintenance and repair tasks.
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ or City and Guilds).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
