Multi-Trader

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Trader to join our growing team, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across a social housing portfolio in Dartford and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience across multiple disciplines who is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service in occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out a variety of day-to-day repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties.

* Undertake tasks including carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating, and general building repairs.

* Diagnose defects and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard.

* Work within occupied and void properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.

* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.

* Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times.

* Complete job sheets and reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader within social housing, maintenance, or domestic property repairs.

* Strong skills across a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.

* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.

* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Full UK clean driving licence.
