Working Hours: Full time (39 hours per week), Monday to Friday

Pay rate: £23 per hour umbrella/ £36838 per year

About the company

Our client is one of the leading providers of affordable housing in England. They build and manage homes and provide housing services for around 140,000 residents nationwide. Their in-house maintenance service delivers rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure our residents's homes are safe and maintained to a high standard.

About the role

You must be a qualified Joiner and show a level of competence in other trades.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrable competence within required primary trade.
• Various multi-trade skills and experience, sufficient to enable the completion of repairs at the first visit (first time fix).
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets
• Full UK driving license.
