Multi-Trader – Luton - Commercial Property Maintenance

Location: Bedford & Luton
Rate: £200–£220 per day, negotiable depending on experience

Premier Recruitment Hub is currently recruiting an experienced Multi-Trader to join our client's well-established commercial property maintenance company covering Bedford, Luton and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity offering consistent, ongoing work with the potential for a long-term position.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance, repairs and building works across a range of commercial properties.

Key Skills and Experience:

* Strong plumbing skills and experience

* Carpentry and joinery

* General building maintenance and repairs

* Plastering and making good

* Ability to undertake a variety of multi-trade maintenance tasks

* Previous experience in commercial property maintenance preferred

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader

* Full UK driving licence

* Reliable, professional and able to work independently
