About the Role:

• Deliver dynamic Music lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including A-Level, encompassing performance, composition, and theory.


• Direct and develop school choirs, bands, and instrumental ensembles, preparing students for high-profile performances.


• Plan and execute engaging musical events, showcasing student talent and fostering a love for music throughout the school community.


• Contribute to the development of our music curriculum, ensuring it remains innovative and relevant.


• Provide instrumental and vocal tuition, nurturing individual student potential.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong musical background and expertise in a variety of instruments and musical styles.


• Proven experience in leading musical ensembles and preparing students for public performances.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.


• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching music.
