Your Role as a Music Teacher:

🔹 Plan and deliver engaging and practical Music lessons tailored to students with diverse needs.
🔹 Inspire students through creative and interactive music-making experiences.
🔹 Develop students' musical talents while boosting their confidence and well-being.
🔹 Use a range of instruments, technology, and digital tools to make music accessible.
🔹 Work closely with pastoral staff and external professionals to support students' holistic development.
🔹 Foster a safe and structured learning environment, encouraging self-expression and growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant music teaching qualification.
✅ Experience teaching Music in a mainstream, SEN, or Alternative Provision setting.
✅ A passion for music education and the ability to engage students with diverse needs.
✅ Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach.
✅ The ability to differentiate lessons and support students with varying abilities.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
