Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and inspiring music instruction to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.


• Designing and implementing innovative lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and the school's specific music program.


• Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and tailoring instruction to meet individual needs.


• Collaborating with colleagues to enrich the school's music program, including extracurricular activities and performances.


• Staying abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in music education.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.


• Demonstrated experience teaching music at the secondary level.


• A strong understanding of music theory, history, and performance practices.


• Proficiency in a variety of musical instruments and genres.
