We are excited to be working with a prestigious Independent girls’ school in Camden to recruit a Music Teacher. This part-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to teach Music up to KS5, inspiring students in performance, composition, and music theory.

Responsibilities

• Teach Music across KS3, KS4, and KS5, fostering a passion for musical performance and composition


• Guide students in developing their technical skills in music theory, instrumental performance, and digital composition


• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Music exams with structured coursework and practical assessments


• Work collaboratively to enhance the Music curriculum with diverse genres and cultural influences


• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as school concerts, orchestras, and musical theatre productions

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Music, Performing Arts, or a related subject


• PGCE or QTS


• Experience teaching Music up to KS5
