Music Teacher (QTS)

Prospero Teaching is recruiting qualified Music Teachers to work across secondary schools and academies throughout the Midlands.

We are looking for enthusiastic Music specialists for flexible daily supply, long-term placements and permanent opportunities.

Roles may involve teaching Music across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with Key Stage 5 opportunities available in some schools. Experience teaching GCSE or A-Level Music, Music Technology or Performing Arts is also welcomed.

The role may include practical and theory-based lessons, supporting student performances and contributing to extracurricular activities such as choirs, bands, ensembles and school productions.

Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), demonstrate strong Music subject knowledge and have effective classroom and behaviour management skills.

You must have the right to work in the UK and hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
