Role Overview

The school is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Music Technician to support music lessons, rehearsals and performances.

The successful candidate will assist with equipment, recordings and performance preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing music rooms and rehearsal spaces
• Maintaining instruments and equipment
• Supporting rehearsals and performances
• Assisting with sound and recording equipment
• Organising sheet music and resources
• Supporting music technology use
• Assisting with concerts and events
• Maintaining equipment safety and organisation

The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and strong technical knowledge.

They will be organised, reliable and comfortable supporting practical activities.

Requirements

• Experience with musical instruments or audio equipment
• Knowledge of recording software
• Strong organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to support students practically
