Nanny / PA in Central London - CLOSED

A welcoming family with three boys is seeking a highly organised and proactive Live-Out Nanny/PA to join their household. The role involves a mix of childcare and personal assistant duties, requiring a candidate who is flexible, reliable, and confident in managing a dynamic family environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing after-school care for a 12-year-old boy, including homework supervision and activity planning (the other two children are in the boarding school) 
  
  
  
  


• Assisting parents with administrative tasks, including managing errands, organising travel, scheduling appointments, and supporting business-related tasks related to the family's property portfolio.
  
  
  
  


• Planning and coordinating children's activities, birthday parties, and school-related commitments.
  
  
  
  


• Handling household shopping, returns, and diary management.
  
  
  
  


• Preparing presentations and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
  
  
  
  


• Driving confidently in both central London and countryside settings, with occasional shared driving in Italy.
  
  
  
  


• Travelling with the family to Italy for three weeks each summer.
  
  
  
  

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM (one day per week starts at 6:45 AM).
  
  
  
  


• Sunday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (essential, with a premium offered for Sunday availability).
  
  
  
  


• Approximately 65 hours per week.
  
  
  
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  
  
  
  


• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with verifiable references.
  
  
  
  


• Confident driver (London, countryside, and international driving).
  
  
  
  


• Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
  
  
  
  


• University degree or diploma preferred (not necessarily in childcare).
  
  
  
  


• Local candidates are preferred due to early start times.
  
  
  
  

Benefits:

• Competitive salary  £70,000 - £80,000 plus (dependent on experience). Please state salary expectations on your application.
